SALAD TO GO WITH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING

I know it looks Greek, but it DOES taste different!
It takes less than 10 minutes to do and it can be served with rice, fish, potatoes
or just eat it on its own, with bread maybe. :)  




Ingredients: 
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
A few green chillies
1 medium size purple onion
A few black and green olives
A few feta cheese cubes
Half cup of pickled jalapeños
Half cup of gherkins

For sauce: 
Half cup of chopped parsley (or dry parsley)
Salt (as much as you'd like)
A pinch of crushed red chillies
Juice of 1 small lemon
3 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:

1. Chop the parsley finely, chop the tomatoes and cucumbers into cubes and the onions into half moons.

2. Stir the sauce ingredients in a separate cup.

3. Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
