HEALTHY PIZZA WITH NO FLOUR (40-45 MINS)

 It is Cheaper & MUCH healthier than ordering in;

and simpler than you think!

Ingredients:

For crust:
1 small size cauliflower
1 egg
1 pinch parsley and/or dills
2 tablespoons cream cheese or melting cheese (I used labne)
1 tablespoon olive oil

For sauce:
1-2 tomatoes (grated)
1 tbs paprika (red pepper) or tomato paste
1-2 garlic
3 tablespoons of warm water
Salt
Blackpepper
Thyme

For topping:
Whatever you'd like to use. I used cherry tomatoes and mozzerella.

Instructions:

1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Wash the cauliflower and split the florets apart
3. Put them in a blender and blend until it looks like a rice
4. Boil that mix in a pot for 10-15 mins.
5. Then make sure to drain it well
6. Take the drain cauliflower in a big bowl and add the crust ingredients in and stir it well.
7. Place the crust in oven and bake until it changes colour (around 20 mins)
8. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for sauce and boil until it boils down
9. When you take the pizza crust from oven, put the sauce on it and add your toppings.
10. Cook until toppings are cooked. (For another 10-15 mins)

Notes: You can mix the blendered cauliflower with some salt, olive oil and lemon and have it instead of rice if you like raw-eating. It's also yummy as it is.

Bon appetite!

    1. That sounds good. I'm just not sure if potatoes would be hard enough for the crust? Thank you x
