AVOCADO PASTE OPEN SANDWICH


Think you don't like avocado? This recipe will change your mind.





Ingredients:
Half an avocado
A few small cubes of feta
1-2 drops of lemon juice
Black pepper
1-2 drops of olive oil
Bread
Dills (Optional)

Directions:
Crush all of the paste ingredients in a bowl using a fork. Put the mixture on a slice of bread. Put some feta cheese and dills on top (as in the picture) if you want a delicious garnish.

Recipe Note: I personally don't like eggs too much but if you like them you can use this paste as a base for poached eggs on toast. To make it vegan, exclude feta cheese of course!
