1 MINUTE SUPER HEALTHY PROTEIN BREAKFAST

QUICK, EASY, FILLING AND SLIMMING BREAKFAST THAT I HAVE ALMOST EVERY MORNING. 





Ingredients:
1 cup of probiotic yoghurt (I use plain activia)
Half a cup of pineapple
Sprinkle of berries (I used strawberry and blueberry)
Sprinkle of nuts (I used cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts and almonds)
Maple syrup or honey (Optional)

Directions:
Mix everything in a bowl. Then enjoy it with your coffee! :)

For those who think that wouldn't be filling enough (which it actually is, trust me), then follow the following overnight recipe please: 

Ingredients:
1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal
Half a banana
1 cup of probiotic yoghurt (you can use normal greek yoghurt as well if you prefer)

Directions:
1. Add oatmeal (Don't stop reading just yet if you don't like oatmeal. It's not in the top food list of many people anyway. :))  to the yoghurt and keep it in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning the oatmeal will be really soft and
3. Blend with the yoghurt, making the yoghurt thicker. You won't taste the oatmeal at all!
4. Add some honey or maple syrup to make it even more tasty.
5. Add the fruit and nuts. (Personally I don't like berries with oatmeal that's why I use banana in this version instead)
