PEASTATOES (POTATOES WITH PEAS GARNISH)

Do not hesitate to try this easy PEASY and super yummy food!
You can either have it as a side dish or main course. Lentil soup or salad would be great with it. You'll love it! :)
Ingredients:
4 medium sized potatoes (10-12 for baby potatoes)
Mozzarella (Or any melting cheese)
For Garnish:
2 cups green peas (I used frozen, and boiled them for a few minutes)
2 cloves of garlic
A few pinches of basil
Half cup of walnuts
Crushed red chilies
Salt (You can be liberal with it)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Instructions: 1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. (You don't need to peel baby potatoes)
2. Meanwhile, place all the garnish ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. (If it's too dry, add a few tablespoon of the potatoes' boiling water)
3. When the potatoes are soft enough, drain the water and cut them into big pieces whıle still hot.
4. Put the potatoes into the same pot you used for boiling, add the mozzarella and garnish mixture and mix it gently.
Recipe Notes:
You can make vegan if you don't add cheese.
Try not to boil the potatoes too soft or cut them too small as you may end up with mashed potatoes when you mix them with the garnish.

BEZELTATES (BEZELYE ÇEŞNİLİ PATATES)
Malzemeler:
4-5 tane orta boy patates (Bebek patates ise 10-12 tane)
Mozzarella peyniri (Kaşar da olur)
Çeşni için:2 büyük su bardağı haşlanmış bezelye
2 diş sarımsak
Bir kaç tutam kurutulmuş fesleğen (Tazesi de olur)
Yarım su bardağı iç ceviz
Kırmızı acı biber
İstediğiniz kadar tuz
2 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı
Yarım limonun suyu
Yapılışı: 1. Patatesleri soyun ve yumuşayana kadar haşlayın. (Bebek patatesleri soymanıza gerek yok.)
2. Bu sırada, tüm çeşni malzemelerini blendıra koyun ve iyice ezilene kadar çekin. (Harç çok kuru olduysa patatesin suyundan bi kaç kaşık ekleyin.)
3. Patatesler yumuşayınca suyunu süzün ve hala sıcakken büyük parçalar halinde kesin.
4. Patatesleri haşladığınız tencereye geri koyun, mozzarellayı ve çeşniyi de ekleyip ezmeden, yavaşça karıştırın.
Tarif Notları:
Peynir eklemeyerek tarifi vegan yapabilirsiniz.
En sonunda patatesleri çeşniyle birlikte karıştıracağınız için çok yumuşak haşlamamaya ve küçük doğramamaya dikkat edin yoksa püre gibi olur.
