Protein Packed Chickpea Salad

It's more than just a salad :)



Ingredients: 

1 can of boiled chickpeas
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 lemon
1 cup chopped dills and/or parsley
1 chopped cucumber
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions: Mix the ingredients and enjoy your nutritious salad!

Recipe note: You can also add pomegranate syrup for a sweet taste.
