Chia Seed Pudding (with Banana or Cacao)

2-MIN & 3-INGREDIENT PUDDING
Perfect to grab before going to the office

 OR for sweet cravings! 



Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 or half banana (and/or berries)
1/2 glass milk (or yoghurt)
Cacao, m
aple syrup or honey, nuts (optional)

Instructions:
1. Chop the banana and add them all ina bowl or a glass.
2. Combine them all and place in the fridge for min. 30 mins to set
3. Let the magic happen! Chia seeds will turn into gel and the mixture will be thick!



Recipe note: You can also make it the night before and store it in the fridge overnight to have a delicious breakfast. You can also add cacao, maple syrup or honey, and walnuts, almonds if  you'd like.
